Client: LA MAISON Titisee
Virtual Design web development team worked closely with internationally based client, La Maison, to bring new life and a more contemporary look and feel to their previously outdated and static website. La Maison is a unique and upmarket 4 bedroom, 10 sleeper boutique style family villa that is located in a forest in Germany.
Using Wordpress to update the design of the La Maison site, Virtual Design’s were able to present the client with a website that was visually captivating, showcasing the best assets of their holiday home in Titisee district of Germany. This recently revamped website showcases high quality photographs of the guesthouse through interior and exterior shots, with a slideshow featured on the homepage. With the guesthouse welcoming visitors from around the globe to book accommodation, a website translator plug-in was added to the site during the development, meaning that the website can be viewed in multiple languages. Using a Content Management System (CMS) such as Wordpress, the La Maison homeowners can enjoy control of various aspects of their site.
The new La Maison website is fully responsive and can fit the screen of any device used to browse it. A contact page makes it easy for potential guests to inquire without having to leave the website, with a link to a Google map API showing the exact location of the La Maison guesthouse. In additional to a site map, the footer of the website also displays Facebook and Instagram links to redirect online visitors to the La Maison social media pages.
