Building the website for Iguard Africa was an interesting and rewarding experience for Virtual Designs, were our team was able to combine various technical skills in order to provide the client with a well-rounded, modern and effective website.

Iguard provides various DIY security systems to clients all around South Africa. The client's website serves to showcase the various products offered by Iguard and allows for online purchasing of the various alarm systems, which can then be linked up to cell phones for alerts. Virtual Designs developed the website in WordPress CMS as a shopping cart with a Payment Gateway. The website was built to be responsive for easy browsing across any device, while navigating from one page to the next is simple. It was important that Iguard Africa's site remain as secure as possible, which is why SSL technology is also utilized.

Clients visiting the Iguard Africa website can enjoy a hassle-free search for their ideal wireless alarm system - the price is also displayed online, and the alarm can be purchased safely on the website. Additional website features include a blog section that can be managed through the CMS, a contact page and links that redirect to Iguard Africa's social media pages. Virtual Designs also assist Iguard with online marketing strategies for their website, such as Adword management and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
